Mandatory Driver's Test

In my opinion, every time you go to the DMV to renew your license, you should be required to retake your on-road driving test. It's beyond insane these days. Stop lights/signs mean nothing anymore. Road signs are apparent suggestions at this point. Not sure when doing 60-70 on surface streets became the norm. I'm honestly glad I work the graveyard shift, because I could not handle the amount of sheer stupidity from the majority of drivers in the country. (Attack me all you want. I was raised to actually pay attention to my surroundings and not act like it's a demolition derby out there.)
