Should I pull for Escoffier?

I really like Escoffier but I don't really use freeze teams. I do have a freeze ganyu team which would benefit from Escoffier and if I get her, I will at least try to build freeze teams. But that's the question, should I try to get her? Is she any use outside freeze teams? And how is 3 hydro+cryo and a dps of another element for her (more specifically Gaming/Yanfei(DPS)/Amber, Furina, Escoffier, Charlotte/ Rosaria as a freeze-melt team)?

(If I get her now, i definitely will try to get Skirk on her next rerun)

So should I pull for Escoffier now or save for someone else?

(PS I am on 65 pity on a 50/50 so it's upto the gacha gods to bless me)
