Help with Bursary Application form. Urgent

Under the back account for Giro. There's 2 field i'm struggling to fill. Bank Account and Bank branch. The bank account i just enter the 9 digit account number. Got the red font message "this value is not valid". Then the bank branch I wanted to press the hyperlink provided to check my branch, it wasn't working. So i have no idea what to fill up for this

Its compulsory so I can't proceed to the subsequent pages. Help T-T last day for application, really need this
