Just caught a 5 min Charley horse during sex

I don’t even know where to begin..

My girlfriend and I were just going at it on the bed and mid way through I felt my hamstring blow out like some tread going over a pothole.

The immediate pain I felt was insurmountable. My girlfriend immediately got off and started rotating my foot clockwise to loosen the cramp. Usually this pain last anywhere from 15-30 seconds max. No, this shit lasted 5 FUCKING minutes.

Every second felt like someone lowered my leg in a vice grip and rolled it out like toothpaste. At the beginning the pain shot down my leg and concentrated itself into my hamstring. 3 minutes in and it finally subsided a bit when she raised my leg. After a 25 second window of no pain, I extended my leg right back into a thunderbolt sheering back into my leg for another two minutes.

Never have I ever in my existence experienced this type of pain and endured it that long. I don’t know if this belongs in here or not but just wanted to let you guys know, please drink your water and stretch.

TLDR: My girlfriend and I were getting busy in bed before I caught the longest Charley horse sent by god himself.
