Preparatory asans before Shambhavi

Namaskaram,

I am traveling for the next 3-4 days and was wondering if its necessary to do the preparatory asanas before Shambhavi Mahamudra.

I got diksha about 20 days ago and it wouldn’t be possible to do kriya twice a day while I am traveling. Would doing the practice once break the mandala ?
