Daily injection time

I'm starting testosterone cypionate today, planning to do daily IM injections.

I'm wondering if the time of the injection is important/should be consistent? As i have some sleep problems so i don't wake up at the same time often. I also heard that it's better to do it in the morning to feel the mental benefits(would like so clarification on this as well)

What are the best recommendation for the timing for the safest/best use.
