Am I too low to play with the big dogs or am I just unlucky that I run into people that kick me instantly.

I just reached level 32 today ive played on Playstation for a while but ive always been an Xbox player so I bought the game when I was playing on Playstation I got met with open arms especially when I first started had people explaine the game to me dropped me some stuff to play around with that had influenced what id like to buy first and had a blast. But I bought the game right as cyberstine was being attacked to play with my buddy Playstation dont feel right to play and my headset even though it says its for both systems didn't work and the mic on the controller just sucks but getting to 32 now compared to before feels growling people are kicking no one uses there mics or communicates lucky I knew what I was doing cuz there was literally no one that talked or played as a team for the first 20 levels the last 10 has been ok but I run into a lot of folks that kick instantly im not bad at the game and I tend to play support more than anything along side bringing things to take out large targets. But is it my level thats getting me kicked or am I just unlucky because im starting to feel like there are hardly any nice players or team players while I play ive had a few good games and I add people who communicates and dose team work along having fun and joking around but they are few and very far between.
