Hi everyone,

I am looking to dispose of a prime 1000 sq. yd. land parcel in Saibaba Nagar, Kismatpur, Hyderabad. I have held this property since 2003, and it is now ready for its next chapter.

Key Property Highlights:

• Size: 1000 sq. yds. (Dimensions: 100' x 90').

• Legals: LRS obtained in 2011. Clear title, single owner, and all original documentation from 2003 is intact.

• Transaction: I am looking for a 100% white money transaction. All payments must be through official bank channels.

Strategic Location & Appreciation Potential:

This plot is positioned in a high-growth zone with two massive state projects nearby:

1. New High Court Complex: The property is very close to the new Telangana High Court site in Rajendranagar/Budvel, which is driving a massive influx of legal professionals and infrastructure to the area.

2. Musi Riverfront Development: With the government’s active project to rejuvenate the Musi Riverfront, the surrounding areas (including Kismatpur) are slated for premium beautification and improved connectivity, ensuring long-term value appreciation.

Asking Price: ₹100,000 per sq. yd. (Negotiable for serious buyers with immediate settlement).

Kismatpur is perfectly tucked away from the chaos while being minutes away from the ORR and the IT corridor. This is ideal for a luxury villa or a high-yield land bank investment

The Catch (The Good Kind):

I am looking for a 100% white money transaction. Everything must be processed via bank transfer/cheque. I am not interested in cash components, so only serious buyers who prefer a clean, transparent deal should reach out.

If you are interested or have any questions regarding the price and documentation, please DM me. Brokers are welcome only if you have a specific client looking for a "clean" deal.
