18 year old, College course enquiry

Not entirly sure but i got to know that Sustainable design comes under your expertise
iit indore offers urban system design, healthcare system design, sustainable energy design, educational technolgy .You need to qualidy UCEED exam to get in.
How good are either of them?I heard iit indore is trhe very first college in whole india to oofer these 4 courses independently. Like is there any scope?.How are placements? is it in demand overseas?
and thank you for your help
