Is this normal??🥺😖

i dont even know what to say, I've been having hair loss recently and it has reduced a bit from the past days but today as i was just fiddling with my eyebrows while studying ( i usally tend to play/ fiddle with my eyebrows alot when studying which i absolutly sub-consiously do) and then all of a sudden there are strands of eybrow hair in my hand.?

{I do think its normal to happen, but when im already having hair loss and all that shit? Uhmm i dunno know......}
