Help regarding colleges and career decisions

Had some problems in past regarding family financial issues and some other reason, gap of 3 years pre UG, 8/8/. profile BA psychology grad(in my 5th sem now) SCNEM, what are my chances to make a stable career in corporate I will be 24.5 years old with no work experience that too if I get admission in the very first attempt. Please Guide me
