Should I quit my stable govt job?

I (25F) graduated college and was lucky enough to get a job fresh out since graduating. I currently work at a local government job in Texas. But the training was awful and my section leader and boss are really stressing me out. They gave me 6 months to learn everything about the job… after 3 months people moved around, some got promoted, others left. Leaving me to be ignored and not getting the training I deserved. My coworkers told me to it suck up and welcome to the real world. But I can’t take it anymore. Today my section leader (not my boss) wrote me a long email basically yelling at me to get my work done faster and questioning if I’m being productive with my workload. She even went the extra mile to copy my boss on the email. I’ve taken all the notes I can. Done the extra work. Worked my a*s off everyday and yet I’m still making mistakes and i HAVENT even hit a year working at this company. I feel like I’m going crazy. My health is tanking. My quality of life is tanking. Sure the benefits are decent and I have a 401k, but is that enough to stay at this awful job? Please help me. I don’t want to work here. I’m miserable here. Is the grass truly greener on the other side? Any advice is appreciated.
