Took too much. Shaking with palpitations. But coming back down is so slow

Last line before sleep was one too much. Started to feel real bad real quick so I called 911 in a bit of a panic and they advised going to the ER where I spend the last 5 hours.

Palpitations, shaky, shortness of breath, couldn’t stand more than 1 minute without nearly fainting. But no OD. Heart rate was actually only around 80, but pounding. Never had that before, is that common?

Suspecting a dodgy product. It was good but smelled so strongly of cat piss

Oh and how about a small benzo or Z drug to come down? The yound doc almost offered it upon arrival but I didn’t want it anyway, but now that I still feel too bad to sleep i'm considering it. Since my HR is higher than usual, maybe it would just balance things out

Edit : the doc said no benzo so Im just gonna try to relax and get off the phone. Just threw up all the water I drank and feeling a bit better now

Edit 2 : slept like 5 hours and still feeling pretty tensed and dizzy and ultra tired. This shitstorm is taking forever to pass. Might try a small benzo to easy me into sleep tonight, I think it will be okay now
