I need a temporary CRM (alternative)
I started at a new company this month as an AM. They use Tigerpaw which feels like you are using 2000 Limewire. The new company is in the process of getting a new (real) CRM but it will probably be a year. I need something to help me with:
\-Setting up my touch cadence. I previously used Sales Force tasks. Open up my tasks for the day and work off that. Based on how that touch went I would move the task out 3 days for my next touch, or further out if I had a successful touch. I would never mark them as complete, I would just move it to when I wanted my next touch. So I really need something that can remind me when to get touches and easily schedule or move a new touch reminder to the next date.
\-logging calls
\-keeping information I want to recall handy and easily accessible
The touch cadence is the most important. I cannot rely on my memory. I know that’s not great in this industry, but I have a poor short term and long term memory so I basically need a schedule telling me what to do and when so I don’t miss anything or let it slip through the cracks.
Are there any free or cheap options? I could use my calendar but it would become a mess very quickly. I do have spreadsheets of my former customers and prospects, but there is no automation or reminders in Google Sheets/excel.
Thanks for the help!
