DR.Animo VS Kyudai Garaki from MHA who would win?

me and my friend were having an argument on who would win in a fight if both sides got only 1year of prep time, no failed projects magicaly working and Garaki cant use Shigaraki but can use Kurogiri and Animo cant just go and get genes from the gene river. it all has to be sourced from the original TV show/Anime and both do have there research but they cant use any of there creations, its like putting them in a brand new minecraft world with the knowladge on how to play the game so who would win? (sorry for bad spellings )
