Quitting before senior?

Been in public accounting for a couple years and am likely another 6 months away from making senior. The problem is I feel like I am dying. My resting heart rate, blood pressure and cholesterol have all gone through the roof. Am I just screwed for this career if I quit before a CPA and senior promo?
