I think I had a mini takeover

For context, I've been trying to wean off of BS for like... a year and a half, I think. I've never had a takeover before, I'm still kind of convinced that people who say they talk to Bambi are like.. Majority roleplaying, and a few legit experiences from really susceptible people or people taking psychedelics.

But anyway, my point is, my cravings have been bad lately. Like BAD. And when i started doing some chores today, I lost a lot of time. I basically fuzzed out entirely, and when i focused again, I had completely shaved. There's literally no hair left on my body except for my head.

I trim sometimes for like, hygiene, but pretty rarely. These past few days I kept noticing that I had a lot of bush that I needed to trim soon, but I never go completely bald like this. Everything from my arms to my ankles is as smooth as it could be without straight up waxing or buying nair.

Is that what a takeover is like?? I can only assume it's happening because I've been trying to cut back ln the files so hard, but it completely took me off guard. I know posting here isn't the best place to be, but I feel like the people in the more general EH sub wouldn't really be receptive to a post about BS and I just kind of needed to like... say something.

TL;DR: Trying to stop using BS, randomly blacked out and found myself shaved. Not sure what to do about it.
