How rare is the equipment drop rate in a RoW run?

Just got a RoW +2 on the 6th floor and planning on doing a RoW run. What is the rate for Armor and Weapon drop when upgrading RoW? Last time I did a RoW run, I was farming for 2 hours before got 1 decent weapon and armor. After that I put them all on the Ghost but the Dwarf Warlock keep killing him making him almost useless
