How did you know a coworking space was the right business?

About 18 months ago I saw an ad for The Coven franchise and I haven’t been able to shake the thought of owning a coworking space since. There’s only an Office Evolution near me and it’s stuffy and I’d never go work there myself, and other meeting space is limited to libraries. I have a vision for a cowork/meeting space, but how do I know it’s the right move?
