Ex brought back souvenirs for my family and myself after 3 weeks of no contact?

Im so confused, so she broke up with me because she “lost feelings” but she later admitted to still caring and part of her wants to give it another chance she just feels like she can’t right now and wants to be alone. She said in a month we can see where we’re both at but in the mean time she just wants to be alone and doesn’t want me to think she’s gonna sleep with other people or see anyone else.

She asked for a break so I went nc for 3 weeks and in that time she went on holiday, then a few days she broke the nc to ask me when my next weekend off was and that she got my family and I souvenirs but it’s not much. Then we started talking normally but she wasn’t very chatty.

After she’s done her two days of traveling back and flying 10 hours, she had 1 flight left to go to get home, I wished her a good flight and said I hope you get back home safely, she heart reacted it when she landed but didn’t say anything, then posts a photo of her on Instagram saying that she’s home

Is she giving me mixed messages? I’m just confused like does she miss me? If she did then why doesn’t she wanna talk??? Is she feeing guilt about everything and wants to clear her conscious? The month is nearly up and I’ve been trying to move on but I’m all balled up again thinking of her and it hurts
