Pre-launch: Building Flowro – Multi-Channel Order Management SaaS. Feedback on Multi-Channel Chaos?

Build In Public

Hey r/SaaS,

Quick intro: I’m a solo builder fixing a pain that people around me have—orders scattered across WhatsApp, Instagram/FB DMs, email/SMS, and occasional store checkouts. Miss one message = lost sale. Manual tracking in spreadsheets sucks, and tools like ManyChat or respond.io feel more chatbot-focused than order-focused for messy real-world chats.

So I’m indie-building Flowro: a unified order management dashboard

MVP core:

•  AI parses incoming messages (even casual/typo-filled ones) and auto-extracts orders (product, qty, notes)

•  One dashboard: search/filter/track all orders from multiple channels

•  Send Stripe/PayPal payment links directly

•  Auto-confirmations to customers’ channels + basic customer profiles

•  Simple analytics (top products, peak channels/times)

Still pre-launch—no users/MRR yet 😅. Waitlist open at https://getflowro.com, first wave gets 3 months free on launch (no card needed, limited spots) + free setup.

Curious about your experiences:

•  Do you sell via multiple channels? What’s your biggest headache with fragmented orders?

•  Tried similar tools? What gaps do they have for informal chat orders?

•  Is reliable AI parsing from real messy messages a game-changer, or overhyped in 2026?

•  Feature must-haves for something like this?

Open to roast/feedback—happy to share more details or add you for early thoughts. Building this for people in the same trenches!

Thanks for any input 🚀
