Is there any way to force region anymore?

I'm based in the OCE region and I keep getting routed to SEA servers which I assume are based in Singapore as I'm technically closer to Singapore than Sydney.

Is there any way to force my game to only connect to Sydney based servers? Every game I get with people also from Australia are absolute bliss. Every time I get put in an SEA server it is the most miserable experience on earth and really makes me not want to play this game anymore.
