Years long cold sore ocd

I am curious if anyone else has expected this type of ocd.

I have been obsessed over this for year, and it’s the only off I cannot get over. My brother has Cold sores, and I constantly have ocd or false memory some of his saliva got on my genitals and gave me genital herpes.

The fact that herpes cannot be cured causes my ocd too spiral as I’m young and I think about my dating life.
