Purple face glitch + the Rearranging load order glitch. Fallout 4 Xbox series X.

For reasons unknown to me, I am encountering the purple face glitch and the glicth that keeps rearranging my load order on my game. Despite the fact that I have rearranged my load order and saved it to bethnet. I am only playing with 40 paid creations on my Xbox.

I have tried all the solutions that I have searched, none of them have worked thus far. The only creation that effects characters is the only eye creation currently available. The "Eyes to Fall For."

Can anyone please, explain to me how to fix this issue? I have cleared the cache, of which spends the load order. I have un-installed the game and dlc, the reinstalled it. I have done everything I know how to do, except wipe the save and start over.
