M29 -My acne wasn’t a skin problem — it was a gut/bacteria issue.

Routine

I struggled with acne for a long time and tried almost every skincare product you can think of – face washes, gels, creams, salicylic acid, niacinamide, benzoyl peroxide, etc. Some things helped temporarily but the acne always came back.

Finally I went to a dermatologist and was prescribed Doxypath LB (doxycycline). That’s when things actually started improving. My active acne reduced a lot and new breakouts became much less frequent.

What I realized from this experience is that sometimes acne isn’t only a skin problem. In my case it was more related to bacteria and gut issues rather than just clogged pores.

Just sharing this in case someone else is stuck trying endless products like I was. Seeing a dermatologist made the biggest difference for me.
