QOL idea: Sprinting while ADS should lower my gun

I don't like being stuck aiming down my sights when I want to make a quick movement. I use toggle ADS so my gun is up and I don't like that when i press shift to run, my character is stuck in ADS. Is there a way to do this? Does anyone else feel the same way?
