Onboarding?

So for a bit of context:

On Tuesday I went to hiring fair for FreshCo that's opening up in my city I got hired I filled out direct deposit and tax documents then they said they would send me an email for their onboarding process on Friday (which was yesterday) and I didn't get the email I was wondering if anyone else experienced it, if this helps the store isn't open yet so I can't go into the location and ask
