First experiences + A question of challenge.
Hi all,
So like a lot of folks here I recently got into the game, I got it just before 1.0 launch, and have now played through a playthrough in 1.0 on hard mode.
I absolutely adore the game, and already absolutely feel like the price was justified and then some, I'm certainly not disappointed I got it. But I feel almost like I already beat it, and don't really know what to do with myself now, because I'm itching for more, but I already beat it on hard mode (With my endpoint being building the final wonder.)
I diddn't really feel a need to expand beyond my first district or my first dam, I never had a population higher than 50 because I didn't need that many beavers, especially once I had bots (Including bots I had about 90 population.)
Are there things I can do to inspire me to try new playthroughs? Harder maps, specific challenge runs, goal-driven runs that will push me to break out of my playstyle of making one small settlement that has everything around a single water source?
