Endless litigation, I’m exhausted

After I reported my ex sexual interference, my life is full of stress. I spent all my money and took personal loans to pay the legal fees. My ex brought me to court 9 times for the last 2 years plus a 10-day trial. I had to represent myself for the trial because I have no more money to pay for the lawyers.

Now we’re waiting for the court decision.

My daughter disclosed another incident which I had to report to the MCFD and they reported it to police. I know none of them will do anything to protect my child because it’s all about what my child said.

I don’t know what evidence I can provide. I had videos recorded what my daughter told me but my ex’s lawyer accused me of coaching the child say staff or the child having“fake memories”.

I’m waiting for my ex’s new retaliation now. We took the child to dentist yesterday, my ex elbowed me when he passed by me at the dentist office. I told him stop doing that, he said in front of the dentist assistant “you hit me with your hand, I suggest you not to touch me”. I felt so embarrassed. I know he was recording me for 3 years. He is going to make up another story.

How can I protect my child?
