Only received one diploma even though I graduated with double major

I graduated last fall with double major in CS (college of engineering) and Econ (college of L&S) and I just received my diploma through mail today. But I only received one for CS and no diploma for Econ.

I know that we get separate diplomas when we double major in two separate colleges, but they also get sent separately in different mails? Confused because the mail is from the office if university registrar (and not from college of engineering) so they could have put in both diplomas in one mail.

Would appreciate if I could hear from those that double majored in two diff colleges.
