pesos.ph loan

hello po, i accidentally applied for a loan sa pesos.ph kasi akala ko po may bigger amount pa sa suggested na amount which is 1k. now i already reached them out via email and CS saying na i want to cancel my loan. is it possible po ba na ma cancel?
