Forced sleep paralysis?
This weird thing happened to me a while ago and I still don’t know what it is or if it was normal. Sometimes if I don’t get enough sleep ( up the whole night) and attempt to fall asleep, there’s a chance that I put myself into this sort of state where I’m in a forced sleep paralysis state while actively acknowledging it. I feel like I restrain my whole body, and I have to actually pull myself back together to wake up. I’m never fully asleep and my mind just kind of shifts to another world. I once did it three times in succession and I’m wondering if this is just normal sleep paralysis with a twist or if my third eye is forming.
