Honest comparison of NBA v College Basketball

This isn’t a new or groundbreaking take, but every year I try to watch NBA regularly vs watching college basketball, I can’t help but notice that NBA games look like an open gym run.

I’m from Chicago, so I’m stuck watching the Bulls and that has always looked like people just happy to be there, but even tuning in to average NBA games between non competitive teams, it looks like an old man open gym run (except much more talented).

In any case, I never feel the same passion or desperation on every plan that a midseason MAC game might give you. It just blows my mind that these dudes who are playing for “nothing” or 20k are willing to go balls out. And it just ramps up in March.

Judge the NBA, it’s totally a symptom of too many games. I just wanna appreciate how awesome the basketball we get to enjoy is.
