Unusual Symptoms Question

Hello, I’ve been diagnosed with sleep apnea and I wonder if anyone here has experienced the same things as me? I should also note I have respiratory allergies. I’ve experienced alongside typical symptoms an occasional feeling as if my body’s metabolism was lagging behind, just last morning I experienced the worst of it which I can recall, sensitive skin, coldness, fatigue, a persistent feeling of hunger, and others, sometimes this can be alleviated by consuming hot foods or drinks. Has anyone else experienced this?
