How can I reach 5'10

Can I reach 5'10+

Im about to turn 14 next month and im 5'5 (5'4.8/164.8 cm to be exact), my mom is only 4'11 and my dad is 5'8. I live in the philippines so im considered "average" here. Last year I was exactly 5'2 so I've grown 2-3 inches in a year. 5'10's definitely my dream height because I'll be 6' with lifts
