Granny flat/tiny home builder recommendations VIC

Hi all. I'm wanting to downsize from my 3 bedroom home. I'm on a pension, I have health issues and the upkeep of such a large property is really hard for me. I'd like to sell up and buy an acre of land with lots of gumtrees, native wildlife with a cosy little home. I just want something small, (1 or 2 bedrooms) easy to clean and maintain, I don't entertain so I don't need a big kitchen or living areas. I'm happy with a European laundry but I would prefer a separate toilet and bathroom. A small verandah would be a bonus. Can anyone recommend a granny flat/tiny home builder either in VIC or homes that can be transported to VIC Have you found a prefab bargain? How do you keep prices low? Have you managed to cut costs with semi or off grid living? Have you had any council issues? Links, pictures of your tiny homes, prices, advice all welcome
