how to find the right surgeon

I have bad sleeps, a recessed chin and my bottom jaw is so small at the front side that my bottom incisors are cutting my tongue so I will go to an orthodontist who works with a maxilliofacial surgeon who is in a different city. He has some works shared in his instagram page and I don't know if he is the right one because some focus on implants more, some focus on the djs etc. how do I choose my surgeon tho? I can send his works maybe I can form an idea.
