Why the fuck do my Joe’s New Balance Outlet orders keep getting cancelled?

All my payment info is correct, address is correct, have enough money, all 4 of the shoes I am trying to buy say they are in stock, but both my attempts at this order have gotten cancelled the past few days. Is there a glitch with Apple Pay or something? Or is the site just pure dog shit?
