100+ reviews in my first week, but Play Store shows nothing?

Dropped my app 7 days ago. Hit 1,000 downloads and around 100 reviews.

But none of it is visible on the public Play Store. The reviews and star average only show up internally for me in the Play Console.

I know Google is strict with new apps, but is a week of delay normal? Is it just a waiting game, or do I need to trigger an update somehow?
