Schedule

I’ve posted something similar to this before so bare with me. To the SM’s, what is the protocol, process or whatever for scheduling for the following week? I get emails from “no reply “ email address on Tuesday’s saying that your schedule is republished (via Legend). On TUESDAY. However, we have to wait until FRIDAY to get the REAL schedule. Can the SM REALLY give out the “real” schedule less than 24 hours before the new workweek? We’re required to give TWO weeks notice for a specific day off but it’s ok to post the schedule with less than 24 hours notice?
