Explosives, not Explosions

I've been playing games for over 30 years and I've played a lot but try and help me out, please:

Looking for games where explosives are either done really well, or they serve a specific purpose. RDR2 dynamite, for example. Everyone loves what the dynamite does to guys, but you can also place it on safes and probably other stuff to blow it open.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 is one of my fave games of all time. The maps were always the same but different cause explosive destruction was done so well the fights always chipped cover away at different rates in different places. See what I mean?

X-Com explosives can blow open walls and buildings giving you new bathing options.

I can't think of a specific example here but maybe an RTS where you can blow up a bridge to funnel enemy ai to a different route.

That's the suggestion I'm looking for, games where explovies don't just look cool or blow guys up, I'm talking games where explosives DO stuff.
