Latest video on rotborough instagram

The latest instagram video is so confusing to me. We see luke being ripped apart but isnt he already dead? Ive only been researching this arg for about 3 days but man im surprised nobody is really covering this one. Its so well made and williams character is just so mind boggling to me. Does anyone know if the project is still under development or is it coming to an end?
