I think google is blocking my login request

I have a Fairphone 5 with e/OS installed on it and a few days ago I signed out of my google account on that phone through the google account settings and now when I try to log back in on my phone and now microG fails to connect to the google servers. Has anyone else had a slimier issue and possible maybe a fix?
