Does Level 4 IAD actually help with the UAE Golden Visa for "Specialized Talent"?

Currently an Associate at a DIFC firm. I’m debating whether to push for the Investment Advice Diploma (Level 4) or just stick to the Level 3 certificates. With the 2026 Golden Visa updates, does having a Chartered MCSI status actually carry weight during the application for "Financial Professionals," or is it strictly about the 30k+ salary bracket?
