Do you think the pinks may have a mental racial blindspot on how America works moreso in regards to their solo careers?

The pinks

Am asking this because unlike South Korea where it's a largely homogeneous society thus they can mimic foreign cultures without backlash from the south Korean audience, America is very ethnically diverse.

Sadly, that means that most artists have to fall into a specific racial genre category. Moreso Jennie and Lisa who from their music it's clear they want a fanbase that appreciates rap and RnB but sadly in the usa the core audiences that support that are black Americans. Also, majority of non black people that have been able to penetrate those black genres at a mainstream level have been white not Asian mainly due to white privilege. For example, Eminem, Iggy Azalea, Post Malone, Ariana Grande during her blackiana era, Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber during their lightskin eras and many more.

Also Rose is trying to appeal to the suburban white American girls with her sound that is clearly a Taylor Swift mimic. Even her blonde hair aesthetic etc. What she doesn't know is that white people who she's trying to appeal with her sound, read her as non-white and it will be very difficult for her to earn legitimacy in that space.

Yeah, that's basically it. I think one of the main reasons they are struggling to be mainstream soloists over there is because they have a mental racial blindspot of thinking that they will be accepted in this spaces like how they are back in South Korea.
