Where do thoughtful, high quality Filipinas usually meet high quality expats who are genuinely interested in serious dating that could lead to marriage

Some of the most wonderful women I know are actually quite introverted. They live quietly, focus on their work, family, and values, and you won’t really find them curating their lives on Instagram or social media.

So it made me wonder where do these kinds of people naturally cross paths?
