It wont stop hurting

About an hour ago I did a small baby fat cut. I stopped the bleeding and bandaged it the best I could and it hurts bad, its like a stinging pain. I did hit something, idk if it was just a nick. The last time this happened it didnt hurt this bad.

I cant go to the hospital either so dont suggest that.
