am i screwed if i try to leave this contract

Location: Sydney

there are three main clauses I am worried about with my contract as i want to leave

1. (the contractor, me) may only terminate this agreement by giving (employer) at least three months notice of the Contractor’s intention to terminate this agreement.

2. During the duration of this agreement and for a period of 6 months after the end of this agreement, the Contractor will not in any way, directly or indirectly: be involved with a business in metropolitan Sydney that is in direct competition with the business line

of (employer) without the prior written consent of (employer)

3. In the event this agreement is terminated prior to the due date, the Contractor agrees to indemnify (employer) for any loss suffered by (employer) as a result of the Contractor’s

termination of this agreement.
