Where can we go to 'people watch' that has cocktails and plays funky house music?

I'm taking my friend out for drinks tonight. Neither of us are fond of big crowds, so we're looking for a place with more of a chill vibe where we can sit and people watch while bopping our heads to house music and drinking a few cocktails.
