Really worried about my exam (psych 3451)

Hello I have an exam coming up for the course 3451 psych, there’s been no study guide given and with the mass amounts of resources given, I’m feeling very overwhelmed. Can anyone let me know if it’s focused on study objectives, textbook, assignments. How was it exactly?
